I would love to start by saying I am an extraordinary guy with extraordinary abilities.

I would also love to tell you that I’m doing extraordinary things on the internet.

But that is not the case.

I haven’t made a million dollars in this business either………………but here I am, writing about effective sales and marketing strategies for your Network Marketing business.

Who am I?

My name is Michael T. Makahamadze, and I am just a regular guy, living a regular life, trying to find my way in building my MLM business using the power of the internet.

How I Got Started……..

My story starts with a train ride to my regular job, on a very cold winter morning (I’m a summer person through and through, so I’ll leave you to imagine how much I was enjoying the ride).

I had always been searching for answers, for I knew something was not right. I spent half of every weekday (literally 12 hours in total), away from home…………..at work, and in transit to and from work.

There had to be a better way. There had to be some way I could enjoy life and not feel like a slave. Here I was, waking up every morning, uninspired, and dreading the commute and the long hours that awaited me at work. I won’t even go into my levels of motivation and inspiration when it came to my J.O.B.

This was surely not a life I could sustain for the long term. After all, this was my life, and as such, it should be lived on my terms, with everything determined by me, the owner of that life. I was literally frustrated and looking for a way to rid myself of that frustration.

Perhaps providence heard my prayers, for, on that cold winter morning, I found an article in the newspaper, advertising a Rich Dad seminar on wealth creation, to be held locally. I have always been an advocate of the Rich Dad brand, so attending this seminar was a no-brainer.

The Seminar That Got Me On This Path……..

At this seminar, I learnt about different wealth creation strategies and tools, mostly centred on property and businesses, and from then, my journey began.

I became a learner, a sponge…….gathering information from different sources, and doing my very best to separate the noise from the genuine material. I looked into different wealth creation options, and came across MLM/Network Marketing. This was exactly what I was looking for……….a business that would grow at my pace, and offered me the potential freedom I so desperately needed. Not to mention the low start-up costs.

My heart was set on Network Marketing. My focus shifted to nothing but Network Marketing.

Focus Gave Me Direction……..

With that focus, came an introduction to many teachers, tools, ideas and strategies, all geared towards building a Network Marketing business.

I tried building my Network Marketing business the old-school (traditional) way, but that did not inspire or excite me and it certainly was not successful or even close to it. Maybe that method was just not for me, for it did not involve the kind of leverage I was looking for.

I looked into building my business using the power of the internet. As far as I could tell, I couldn’t ask for more in terms of leverage. Unfortunately, the internet is filled with people promising solutions and so much more, but leaving a lot to be desired when it comes to delivering, so I sooner realized I had a few problems on my hands:

• My mindset was not at a level where I could take consistent action, in spite of any and all setbacks, to get to a point where I could safely say I was on the road to online network marketing success. I found all the information I was looking for (and then some), but I could barely get myself to take the necessary action to get me on the path to online MLM success.
• Information overload……..who was I to listen to and believe (who could I trust)? There was just so much to be learnt and understood, what with the ever changing nature of the internet.
• Where was I to start? What I needed was someone to hold my hand, providing a step-by-step guide that would show me where to start first, how to start, and where to take it from there.
• With so much information out there pertaining to building a Network Marketing business online, what resources was I to subscribe to and use? There was just too much information floating around.
• How could I grow a proper business, that benefits me, whether my Network Marketing company prospers or not?
• Where would I find prospects/potential partners for my MLM opportunity?
• How would I deal with rejection from those who wouldn’t join my MLM business opportunity?

What To Do, What To Do……..

In trying to resolve these issues, I searched for solutions and ideas. This eventually led me to Mike Dillard’s MLM Traffic Formula 2.0 course.

I Found Exactly What I Needed……..

After going through that course, MY EYES WERE OPENED! I had my very own online MLM blueprint and strategy in place. Most importantly, I had confidence and belief and was raring to take massive action. This course gave me a starting point and a step-by-step guide on what to do, how to do it, and where to go next. I not only had a way to build my MLM business, but I had a way to leverage the power of the internet, and build a real business.

But That Was Just The Beginning……..

I have learnt, and continue to learn from various teachers, skilled in their respective fields, topics covering:

• Blogging and SEO
• Copywriting
• Lead Generation Strategies
• Sales & Recruiting Techniques

In so doing, I continually expand my knowledge, as well as improve my online Network Marketing skill set and blueprint. I also help others achieve the same, by sharing ALL my knowledge, ideas and skills with them. In the process, I gain friends and business partners.

I am a firm believer in empowering people to take charge of their lives, gain financial independence and so much more. I am intrigued by the workings of the mind. I try to learn and understand as much as possible, how my own mind works, so I can harness its power and be a courageous and fearless leader in building my business online. To this effect, I will regularly indulge in a personal development book.

Don’t let me give you the impression that I’m all work and no play. I work out daily, and on occasion, have been known to indulge in basketball and soccer (playing the former, and watching the latter).
